With Molard’s outstanding quality and century-long expertise, we source premium cuts of meat, including entrecôte beef, Japanese Wagyu, lamb, and pork. This collaboration ensures that some of our meat products meet the highest standards, allowing our customers to enjoy Molard’s top-tier quality when savoring our hot pot.

Where We From
Shoo Loong Kan, which translates literally as "Little Dragon Ridge," is named after a place in the Shapingba district of Chongqing, known for its mountainous region resembling a dragon. The traditional Chongqing hotpot originated from this area approximately 100 years ago. To honor its place of origin, it was later named "Chongqing Xiao Long Kan Hotpot."
Established in 2014, Shoo Loong Kan Hotpot originated from Sichuan. It started with just a few hotpot tables, and in only 5 years, we rapidly expanded through our franchise model. In 2017, we successfully expanded overseas, and by 2020, we had reached the significant milestone of 1,000 outlets worldwide.
Continuing our global expansion, we proudly opened our Geneva restaurant on September 1, 2024, becoming the 1,166th Shoo Loong Kan outlet worldwide. This new opening reflects our commitment to bringing authentic Chongqing hotpot to more corners of the globe.
